Missing Person: Karen Margaret Kincaid, Female, Native Place: OregonOakland, Date of Birth: 03/17/1944, Kincaid was last seen at the NE Stephens Street Safeway store on Thursday afternoon, October 3, 2002. Her vehicle a dark blue 1992 Toyota MR2 is also missing. In the course of the investigation, detectives developed information that leads them to believe that she’s a victim of foul play. Kincaid’s dog, which reportedly went missing at the same time, is a small, male, neutered Pomeranian named Pippen would be about 7 or 8 years old now. It is not known whether the dog was wearing a collar at the time. Officials believe whoever was responsible for Kincaid’s disappearance may have also taken the dog and then possibly later released it or given it away.
